Building Foundations for Great Relationships Workshop

We'll take a deep dive into what is needed to begin creating the healthy relationships you really want in love and in life so that you can move past the blocks that may be keeping your love relationships, business relationships, or other important relationships from flourishing.

There are key, foundational elements necessary not only for deepening the relationship you have with yourself, but also for having the kind of authentic, intimate relationships you most want.

The truth is, many of us feel that despite our success in other areas of our lives, our relationship habits keep leading us to painful connections, confusing relationships, or ones that feel more like difficult "entanglements."

Get crystal clear on your personal honor code, understand why strong boundaries are imperative for happiness, and start moving toward the quality and depth you've been longing for. Yes, it's possible.

Refreshments included.

Registration $75

Doing Relationships Differently Co-Ed Salon

Everything meaningful in our lives centers around relationships, yet navigating them with confidence and a sense of inner freedom takes a level of skill many of us simply don’t have. And success, in any area of life, doesn’t come from just “winging it”!

By learning the key skills for having great relationships, you can drop the misunderstandings, conflict, and drama, so you can have the romantic, professional, and personal relationships you really want.

Reboot welcomes Barb Beck, expert relationship coach of 25 years and author for two special events. You’ll learn exactly what’s been missing and where to begin to create alignment in all areas of relationship - from dating and relating to deepening the relationship you have with yourself - so all your relationships can be the true source of joy and freedom you really want.

No cost, but please do RSVP here (additional information and the event address is here as well).

About Reboot: Most of us feel our best and do our best work when we’re in alignment with what’s most important to us. Reboot provides curated offerings to help guests make small shifts that lead to big changes for themselves - and for the world around them.

In order to connect with others, we have to let go of judgement and bravely wade into the experience of remembering some of the same feelings being expressed. You don't want to miss this experiential evening and the opportunity for meaningful connection that we all are craving!

***If you are having challenges with someone, this is an excellent opportunity to practice!

Grace & Grit Workshops

In this powerful workshop, Barb focuses on how to balance keeping your heart open, staying mindful and connected through strong daily spiritual practices and how to still anchor in a kind of "grit" that keeps inner resilience alive!  It can be easy, especially in spiritual communities, to remain committed to kindness and principles such as "compassion" and "acceptance" and not understand how to also take the necessary actions that are needed to keep a person strong from the inside out.

Many times during a week, we are faced with using our "wise discernment" and need a wide range of tools and skills to act with integrity, yet learn how to say a firm "No" when it's being called for.  This is a rich topic and always sparks thought provoking questions and meaningful conversations, which Barb makes sure to leave time for.  Come enjoy this intriguing dialogue around "Grace & Grit!
